Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more. For other orders, available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Returns & Damaged Orders

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, please return it with an email to customer service at Orders@k9rex.com and we will gladly refund your money or send a replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect? Email your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so we can help. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate return details.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many chews are included?

Each product description states the quantity included. Yak chews, bully sticks, collagen chews and pig ears are sold individually. Chicken feet are sold in three-packs. Some supplier photos show several items for illustration.

How does the chicken-feet offer work?

Add two three-packs to your cart for six feet total. The $10 merchandise offer applies automatically at checkout, before shipping and applicable tax. Each three-pack is vacuum packed in a clear bag.

Why do natural chews look different?

Size, shape and color can vary. Choose an appropriate chew for your dog, always supervise, provide fresh water and remove small pieces. Inspect toys and feeders regularly and remove them if damaged.

Do Fuel Bites have a subscription option?

Yes. Choose a one-time purchase or the monthly subscription shown on the Fuel Bites product page. Review the recurring price and schedule before confirming. Email us for subscription help.

Can my business carry K9REX?

For wholesale inquiries, email your business name and the products you are interested in to Orders@k9rex.com.

K9REX uses the information you provide to respond to questions, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, and send updates when you choose to subscribe.

Our website, payment and shipping service providers receive the information needed to provide those services. Payment information is handled through our checkout payment providers. Do not send card details by email.
